Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Ghazwancom account anytime, in-app:

1. Open the app → My account tab.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm Delete permanently — deletion is immediate.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile (name, phone, governorate), addresses and saved locations, favorites, cart, notifications and notification tokens — permanently.
• Past order records are anonymized (your personal data is removed) and kept for accounting only.
• Deletion cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Request deletion from your registered number via — processed within 48 hours.

Reinstall it, sign in with your number and delete the account from “My account”. Soon you'll also be able to request deletion by email or WhatsApp directly from this page.
